Our Food Tech students have been getting creative in the kitchen, learning some cake decorating techniques from the talented Tameika. While Tameika usually supports us with food orders and cleaning, she recently stepped in to share her impressive decorating skills – and we were all inspired!

Meanwhile, the Hospitality class has been exploring the art of garnishing, with a special focus on presenting a delicious brownie to impress. It's been a fun and flavourful Term of learning!
