As part of National Science Week 2025 Aimee Cook and Zac Ashlin attended a reception hosted by Her Excellency the Honourable Barbara Baker AC, Governor of Tasmania, and Professor Don Chalmers, AO at Government House.

This reception provided an opportunity for Aimee and Zac, along with students from Southern Tasmanian high schools and colleges to network and discuss current issues, and concerns in the science domain with local professional scientists, professors, current post-graduate students, fellow students and teachers.
